Judit Juhasz

I am a passionate dancer and I love shaping my inner world through movement. I am in my element when I am able to trace what is alive in me and allow my body to express it and find precise movements that best describes my experience.

Meeting the dancefloor felt like coming home: recalling my teenage years - cranking up the volume and dancing my insides out - just like in my bedroom.

As a dancer I feel the most benefit from 5Rhythms as a regular practice when a session is lightly facilitated.

I take care of the balance between offering structure and my perspectives on the 5Rhythms and letting the “rhythms-shaped” music lead the dancers to the wisdom of their own body. A great part of my role as a 5Rhythms teacher is finding and playing the tunes that bring joy to my ears.
