Brighton & Hove Friday Classes
We offer regular 5Rhythms® classes in Brighton & Hove:
6.30pm-8.30pm every Friday evening at Hove Methodist Church Hall, St Patrick’s Road, BN3 5DR.
Please scroll down for a map.
Come dance with us in Hove on Friday evenings. There is no need to book: just turn up by 6.30pm and pay cash on the door.
Let’s join together to celebrate life and our innate potential. Each Friday we move together in devotion to our inner selves, in a group practice that honours and welcomes all. A non-verbal movement practice that allows one to be more present with what is, to express through movement what needs to be expressed, to transform, and to find some form of completion in the dance.
Pimlico Tuesday waves

Join Paul Smith & Bela Emerson for a dynamic exploration of relationships and interactions between live music and embodied movement/dance. Informed by the 5Rhythms map and musical improvisation, this is an invitation to play, drop into your senses, and deepen your dance practice.
We will work with silence, with music, with movement and with stillness. The music will be responsive, spacious, and attuned to the movement - expect multilayers of cello, live loops, percussion, electronics, and more.
